    Josefw,

I would be interested in the programs if they came from a credible source. But having heard some of Beck’s gross distortions and and lies about American history, which has been my field for 30 years, I don’t really trust anything he says or presents.

Why would anyone want to sit through five hours of having his values, principles, and highest aspirations for his country trashed, denigrated, insulted, vilified, and likened to the values of genocidal maniacs?

I am completely fed up with those, left and right, whose whole purpose in life is to make half of America hate and fear the other half.

And it is so easy to do:

“Gandhi and Hitler were both critics of capitalism. Gandhi and Hitler were both foreigners. Gandhi and Hitler each had mass followings of adoring admirers. Gandhi and Hitler were both vegetarians. Gandhi and Hitler both ‘claimed’ they were against war. Gandhi and Hitler both struggled against Britain, and Winston Churchill (peace be upon him) hated both. There was really no difference, was there? So remember folks, those who say good things about Gandhi are probably Nazis …”

    See how easy it is?

It appears that Rupert Murdoch is a bit of a “puppet master” himself.

An old way of putting is to say I get all my news from the weather report… and I don’t need a weatherperson to tell me which way the wind is blowing. It will change direction in two years and head back the right way or is that the left way….

Oh, look. We get rid of the old spammers (hopefully) and a new one shows up.

Being “open-minded” does not mean having to give credence to a fraud like Beck.

CShea said “”Being “open minded” does not mean having to give credence to a fraud like Glenn Beck.” Amen.

After voting split tickets my whole life, and even recommending that my organization endorse some republican candidates, I will not ever vote for republicans again. My wife said “I refuse to tolerate intolerance.” I agree with her. I will not vote for a party that divides us in order to win elections and advance a corporate agenda, and I won’t listen to lying jerks who further that agenda, either.

Glenn Beck is not really stupid, he just uses intolerance to divide us, make headlines, and enrich himself. I know that Soros gives big buck to democrats. So What? We don’t need an evil a$$hole like Beck to tell us what we already know. Do you think he will reveal that Soros is like Rupert Murdoch? Or the Koch brothers?

And I thought those Chinese spammers were bad.

We’ve got a Battle of the Bands: O-bo & the Demos vs. Boner & the Baggers. We’ll get pink noise from O-bo and white noise from Boner. Got ear plugs?

Did you know that 10% of our Navy and the daily cost of the Afghan War and the Taj Mahal is being rented out like a hotel is being used by our president? I didn’t either. Glenn Beck & Michelle Bachman told me. I’m now better informed. http://ac360.blogs.cnn.com/2010/11/05/kth-the-200-million-myth-about-obamas-asia-trip/
