US voters have been handed a lot of bull (elephant) in the past but the current insane hatred for a man and a policy designed to better the health of those most at risk is bewildering to the rest of the world.

Mouthbone, it’s bewildering to some of us in the States too. I suppose the explanation is that far too many of us want simple non-thinking. I forget who said it, but this is unfortunately true: “It is easier to convince someone of a simple lie than a complicated truth”. One might note that most truths are complicated.

So good health grows on trees, free for the taking? Where is this, so I can go there.

It doesn’t need to be free for the taking. We’ve already paid for it many times over. We just haven’t gotten it yet.
