    I’m just hoping that we maintain a War Criminal Extradition Treaty with Germany. Ol’ Dubya can’t pardon Donald Rumsfeld in Germany! That would be an awesome tribute, wouldn’t it: First President to have his Sec. of Defense tried and executed for War Crimes.
