    Yeah! If we had a totalitarian dictator that asteroid would be so toast. Curse our democratic, bi-partisan form of government and our increasingly open minded voters! If we restricted the vote to land owning white men over 40 we’d never have this asteroid problem in the first place.

    Uhh, Harley, could you please explain what the teleprompter dig at the President is about? Are you saying that Republican politicians don’t use teleprompters? Have you never seen Obama answer questions without it? What?

    Uhh, IRA, try Googling “TOTUS” Telepromter of the United States. You’ll get a bunch of hits. Several blogs about Obama’s over-dependence upon teleprompters. And, when they aren’t there, he has a huge LCD-TV in the back of the room with his talking points on it. When he’s off script - he’s terrible. Look at his last press conference (what a waste of prime time TV)– 10 questions of bleeep, no details, all filler, then, he goes off script and calls the Cambridge Cops stupid–next few days are filled with “Beer Summit” headlines. No script = off message = gaffes. Hence, TOTUS!
