I hope the floating death-head of James Caan remains in the super-fun-pak for a long time. First I thought: why James Caan? Now I think: whom other THAN James Caan.

A modest proposal to eliminate the temptation to torture in the future: kill the enemy on the spot and take no prisoners.

Why stop with the enemy? Lets just kill anyone who disagrees with our politics! As long as we’re at it, lets broaden the term enemy to include those who cut us off in traffic!
—
We don’t do those things because we don’t want them done to us. We’re supposed to treat our captured prisoners humanely and with common decency and a certain level of respect. We don’t have to wine and dine them but we should not treat them as less than human. We have to live in a world of law.

Who remembers Fetal Scooby Doo?
The Short-Term Memory one reminds me a lot of current Dick Tracy, except that the characters are drawn consistently, and the brother’s job doesn’t change in the last panel.

I love this comic. Did everyone here get to see the “deleted” panel from Star Trek Babies on Ruben Bolling’s blog? If not, check it out. It’s pretty funny.

Let me get this straight: your brother got a job in a circus?
