Anybody who owns a pistol or an assault rifle has a heart to do murder. 60% of gun deaths in America are suicides. Better them than us.

The moment of silence is for themselves thanking God it’s not them. The prayers are for themselves thanking God they weren’t there. Since it’s not time to be talking about gun control it must be because there’s never time for talking about gun control.

Most of We the People want something different than what our government is providing legislatively. Most people disapprove of both the president and congress. Most people vote against the worst candidate. Unpopular extremists are able to win office at low turnout elections. The parties do nothing to remedy the situation and seem to give the working class the least attention and ignore the feedback. Gerrymandering disenfranchises voters in many states, often overriding what the majority want.

Right now (e.g.) most Americans want better gun regulations, but neither the president nor congress seems to be willing or able to respond.

    How can we fix this?

The way we fix it is to stop voting for Republicans.

That “we the people” have any influence is a joke.. the only time you have even a little influence is when you vote.. and even that, is suspect given the Russians influence. What the people want.. by a large margin.. and what the politicians will deliver.. is never the same.

I love reading this stuff. All these polls that people swear by are a bunch of baloney. Who ran these polls? Who did they poll? What did they ask? Nobody knows and nobody asked but they believed the numbers. I think I’ll write an article about a poll that I ran, but didn’t, with great numbers for President Trump and see what the fake media says about it. Stop voting for Republicans? Are you serious? You want Democrats running the country like that moron Obama again? He almost put our country into bankruptcy. He made us the laughing stock of the entire because he was such a wimp. He would not stop the threats against us when they should have been stopped and now they are out of control. Democrats are known to just tax, spend and tax more so they can spend more. We need business people in the government. Not all politicians. Term limits is one answer to the problem.

I’m thinking of those vultures in the trees saying: “Patience my ass, I’m going to kill something.” The vultures are more the folks selling arms, especially quasi-miltary weapons to morons. Hunting rifles, pistols, aren’t typically the mass killing devices. It’s those idiotic and highly innacurate by comparison, short barrel rifles, and especially automatics with big magazines that do most of the big time killing. It’s their looks acually, more than functionality, that sell 90% of those weapons. (May be a little “small hands” syndrome in that buyer group.)

SARGE, your comments are so far afield I scarcely know where to begin to try to bring you to reality : Polls .. if you don’t understand the polls the best thing to do is to study them to find out who is conducting the polls, on whom, asking what questions. Rather than complaining about something, your best course is to research and study it.

Barack Obama. It’s almost a miracle that President Obama, with a contrary Legislature, was able to bring the US back to being a respected member of our World of Nations after his predecessor trashed our reputation by waging two unwise, unjustified, poorly thought-out wars against the wrong people, the cost of both kicked down the road to our children, our children’s children, etc., ad infinitum. We have gained the respect and clout we used to have and now are losing again due to our current loser President.

It’s true, Democrats rely on taxes to help pay our debts. ..Much better than the Republican plan of outrageous spending while cutting taxes to the ultra rich, sending our budget deficit and National debt into the stratosphere.

What threats are you talking about that President Obama did not meet and counter ? What attacks were perpetrated ? President Obama took care of our biggest single threat and deposited him into the Indian Ocean.

Regarding business people running the government, all I can say is, you must have been asleep the past 8 months.

“business people running the government” … right, sure, because business knows how to govern themselves? Like Facebook, Twitter, and Google were johnny-on-the-spot to report the meddling of a hostile foreign government in our elections? So-called “conservatives” turn a blind eye towards “business” that literally preys on people, communities, and the environment. Ettu, “Sarge”?

“Fake Media” you say, as you dutifully parrot the drivel coming out of the right-wing propaganda outlets… and it’s interesting to note that it’s the relentless fact-finding by media journalists, and not businesses or the Republican Party, that is uncovering the transgressions that has been, and continues to be, perpetrated against this country.

But that’s not important, right, “Sarge”? You’re too smart to be duped, even as you apologize to your own executioners.
