    When I’m standing at the nickle slots, I don’t have time to keep going back for refills (they don’t send any waiters to serve us at the nickle slots).

    (I just wish they’d make the the handles longer, it’s hard for me to reach.)

    I will concede. You can limit the size of my cup of pop/soda as long as you keep your hands off my bank account.

    Cold dead hands? The don’t need to wait that long. If he keeps chugging those Big Slurps, he’ll be in a diabetic coma soon enough.

    And you wonder why I’m an independent voter, not beholden to the nitwits who seem to be running amok in BOTH parties…

    Label reading completely changed my eating habits to the better ten years ago.
    .
    Believable, just totally believable the stuff that is put in and called food.
    .
    Old people eating cat food have it better than children eating snack food, or even prepackaged dinners.

    Sugar with your hydrogenated starch and hydrogenated proteins? Yum.

    @Stipple

    Sugar with your hydrogenated starch and hydrogenated proteins? Yum.

    The sugar was replaced by the cheaper and less healthful high fructose corn syrup. The starches are chemically modified because cooking it for a whole minute is too much of a hassle for consumers. The oils are hydrogenated and made even more unhealthful to extend shelf life, and the proteins are ground beyond recognition and mixed with so-called pink slime to save the processors some money.

    Boy oh boy, that’s some good eatin’ right there!

    You can push the nickel slot arms with your belly, freeing up both hands to guzzle 80-ounce drinks, and chow down chilli-dogs. Ask Mr Creosote as he has this down to an art form.
