This is a single scoop of tepid mediocrity topped with cardboard sprinkles.
That said, it is funny but this comic WAS “funny” back in ‘03. That’s not really our problem here.
The cop’s real issue, of course, is that he’s not certain whether to arrest her for attempted suicide or for wearing her hair that way. Either argument affects the other….perhaps she’s just a base jumper with safety locks - or she’s a style criminal but certainly the jury will see the extemporaneous circumstance in that it was lifesaving.
I’d lock her away just for those pants, however, so it’s irrelevant.
