   I forget which Vegas hotel it is but the “K9th floor” is dedicated dog only rooms that are all 4 star themselves. Flavored waters, cut up steak or chicken, etc.

   I love dogs, but I’m allergic to some breeds. I’d rather not spend my night in a hotel scratching and sneezing because a dog had been in the room or is staying next door.

   Some hotels may not be pet-friendly just because the location and building layout doesn’t allow appropriate room for pets. It’s not necessarily their fault.

   Spent a holiday with family and family dog in Sedona, Arizona. Almost everything there is dog-friendly – restaurants have dog-welcome patio areas, etc. Check out dog friendly.com for other locales.

   Appreciated the four different dog-ear configurations displayed in this strip. They sure communicate better with their ears than humans do…
