One seminar I went to had an evaluation at the end. A question on it was “what was the best thing you got from this seminar?” I responded “the binder – after I empty it out.” Lousy seminar, waste of time.

Result, of time management courses, was having to fill
out on Excel spreadsheets how you spent your day to the nearest quarter hour and to what project and customer
questions should the time be assigned. Any time saved was taken by the reporting on time saved.
