I prefer to get email because somehow you are always the busiest when someone has to ask you a question. With email I can put it to the side while I finish with the current mess.

Hard to be sarcastic when it is just typed. You have to add that it is sarcasm because one person’s sarcasm is another person’s heart felt ideology.
