Michael Jantze¹s The Norm is the comic strip for the every-person -- that is, if that person is a little bit geeky, in touch with their inner child, constantly confused by the opposite sex, and willing to be a little goofy just to keep things normal! The clever dialogue and bold art style are perfectly complementary to the unique observations and imaginative adventures of the title character - Theodore Norman Miller.

My wife says her boss doesn’t want to be called the boss. In fact, he dislikes the word he refuses to act like one by doing bossy things like making decisions or directing the staff.

I had to read that a couple times, too. On the plus side, these are REALLY old comics and you don’t have to be an English major to write comics.
But the point is that it’s a funny idea and a funny comic… so get over semantics! ;-)

The issue isn’t semantics, it’s punctuation. ;-)
