From this Wikipedia article:
.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen_Victoria
.
(Part 6: “Widowhood”)
.
Through the 1860s, Victoria relied increasingly on a manservant from Scotland, John Brown.121 Slanderous rumours of a romantic connection and even a secret marriage appeared in print, and the Queen was referred to as “Mrs Brown”.122 The story of their relationship was the subject of the 1997 movie Mrs. Brown. A painting by Sir Edwin Landseer depicting the Queen with Brown was exhibited at the Royal Academy, and Victoria published a book, Leaves from the Journal of Our Life in the Highlands, which featured Brown prominently and in which the Queen praised him highly.

As I implied yesterday … she’ll be OK just as long as there’s enough hot air.
(As Her Maj was of Germanic descent, can we assume that she was a consumer of sauerkraut ?)

She always had an inflated opinion of herself.
This strip is ballooning out of control.

As long as she does not have a “Nutri-Matic Drinks Dispenser” from the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation on board, she will be fine!
It invariably delivers a cup of a liquid which is almost, but not quite, entirely unlike Tea!

She’s too late. Phineas Fogg already been there, done that, bought the t-shirt.

I sure hope she has a towel to protect herself from the Ravonous Bug-Blatter Beast. “A mind-mindbogglingly stupid animal, it assumes that if you can’t see it, it can’t see you.”
-Douglas Adams
Yes, you read that right. :)

Gotta love the Vogons…Well, maybe not…

Hands, do what you’re bid
Bring the balloon of the mind
That bellies and drags in the wind
Into its narrow shed.
- William Butler Yeats The Balloon of the Mind

It’ll all end in pirates and dodos.
