As the liberty lads o’er the sea
Bought their freedom, and cheaply, with blood,
So we, boys, we
Shall die fighting or live free,
And down with all kings but King Ludd! (Byron)

In America, it’s Re-Boxing Day… Where all the good little children — exchange the underwear they didn’t want for the iPads no one thought to buy them…

@Kali39
That would be a lot of underwear unless it was Victoria’s Secret.

At least the strip isn’t also in 3D!

Washington, DC has a very high frame rate; they blame each other for everything.

There is the 3D high resolution that has 72 frames a second. Eats up a lot of expensive bytes.

Since this is Boxing Day in Canada as well as the UK, the strip is very apropos. For those interested in the history of the Luddites, I highly recommend a book by Kirkpatrick Sale entitled " Rebels Against the Future " . Very well written and a fascinating history of these Canadian Don Quixote-like idealists.
