Kirk is actually a good Christian and person, he just has no business trying to explain science.

We always can use more examples of what we shouldn’t be, just in case we are what we’re not supposed to be.
Which begs the question: " To be or not to be?"

For a good example of how honest, decent people should not behave, just turn on Faux News Channel.

Actually, Mary’s got a point. Too bad so many people take the opposite lesson. Pretending to be a good Christian is very easy. Being one for real is very hard.

    SNAP!!!
    Good one, Mary!
Or as Ghandi said something like “I admire your Christ. But I do not like your Christians. They are so unlike your Christ!”

Here is an interesting question; If, as most “Christians” believe, “The Meek shall inherit the Earth”, where does that leave the Republican Party? Ever meet a “meek” Republican?
Most of the Republicans I have met are rude, pushy, obnoxious, self-absorbed nincompoops who are TOTALLY convinced of their own importance, and FAR from “Meek”!
Case in point…Rusty Lamebrain, or Billow Reilly.

I’m with Ghandi on that one

Many people who call themselves Christians would not get along well with Jesus if they met him today

It’s no longer the word of Christ – it’s the word of the Church.

lol! So many “Christians” . . . so few practicing Christians!

    Mark 10:17-25, Matthew 19:24, Luke 6:24, Luke 12:21, Luke 12.33, Luke 12.48b, Luke 16:13, etc, etc . . .
