   The bison is hardly endangered.

   Not that many n the wild, but it’s about as endangered as a Black Angus or Holstein.

   Those which we eat are raised for the purpose. If you don’t mind eating meat, they’re about as good as anything else.

   There was a place not far from where I used to work that had Buffalo Burgers.
   A little pricey, but they were really good.

    They should start eating Kangaroo–they’re like squirrels in Australia and don’t have the gas effect of cows, haha.

    They do eat kangaroo in Australia – some species are quite common, and are indeed used for meat.
