How quaint. Don’t they have an e-mail address, a DDoS-able website or something? Come on, Her Maj, the Stone Age is over!

Cookie: DDoS’ing http://www.ezfinancial.info would also be wrong. Don’t do it.
pschearer: This information is intended for people who want to sue them for these calls. With just the basic violation of using a robocaller, each person they call could sue for $1,000.00, even before you work the do not call list into the equation. If it can be proven they’re in knowing violation, then damages can be trebled.
I just make this information available as a public service. DO NOT harass these people, but feel free to use the information to seek damages.

By the way, I’ve confirmed that the 888 number just forwards to the 813 number. They’re a Florida company using a mail drop to masquerade as a New York company.
I just registered “heatherfromcardservices.com” and will put up something there with all this information in the next couple days once the DNS info gets out.

Cheers for people who DO something instead of just whining. Way to go!

I still prefer the visceral satisfaction to be derived from using a very loud whistle.

Pab, you are my hero!

Other Roger, I’m sorry you think it’s a good idea to torture someone who is not responsible for the policies of the company they work for. Taking out your frustration on the telemarketer is like chewing out the pizza delivery driver because the restaurant’s idea of a large is smaller than yours. It’s not the driver’s fault, and it’s not the phone slave’s fault, either. Show them some common courtesy.

@blueraven - Your approach would carry a bit more weight, were it not for the fact that the “phone slaves” are not forced to do it, they have chosen to take that job, knowing what it entails and the tricks they must employ to succeed at it.
My wife took a telemarketing job not fully understanding what it entailed. She only lasted a few days before she refused to be a part of it.
There may be a few honorable ones out there, but they are in the extreme minority froom my experience. I used to just say “not interested” but that was never enough for them.
