   A ninth panel would show kitty leaving a calling card on the seat of Vickie’s throne.

   Hmmmmm, who’s the real boss? First thing every morning, I feed and water our two furballs. Last thing before bedtime I give them fresh water and clean their litter boxes. They also get fresh water as soon as I get home from work, right after I brush each of them for ten minutes.

   If one of their toys goes under the sofa, they give me “the look” until I get up and retrieve it for them. And so on.

   So tell me again….who’s the boss? :)

   Just wanted to acknowledge: I didn’t have a chance to do a new Sunday page this week, so this is a repeat from back in the Comics Sherpa days of 2006. The two cats are our dear departed Cheops (at the top) and Tiny (underneath).

   All I know is my two are very gracious. They allow me to live in their house as long as I open doors and cans.

   Condolences on the departure of Cheops. My own Freti left me this past summer.

   We lost Cheops back in 2003. Tiny left us about six months before I did this strip. They were brother and sister. We still have their half sister, Hermione, and her cousins Tegan, Ricky, Mickey, and Mongo with us.
