Cats are glad to see you if they expect to get fed when you walk in the door.

Never had a cat, I’ve always had dogs. I want to be the only one who gets spoiled.

Or at least do their business in the flowerbed and not the middle of the lawn.

see, you’re walking down the street, minding your own business and what does a strange dog do if it sees you? Barks incessantly. Same street, same walk, what does a cat do? Finds something more interesting. Which is smarter? As a former paperboy, I know which I prefer.

We’ve all heard it before: To a dog you’re family; to a cat you’re staff.

My cat always greets me at the door when I arrive home, and her only “demand” is for me to sit down so she can sit in my lap – I find this very comforting.
