Art’s Deli on Ventura Blvd, in CA’s loverly San Fernando Valley, used to put out a mighty sandwich like that. Haven’t been there in years, but I’m still feeling full from one of those

Was last in a NY deli in 1996; mostly I remember that proof of Nebraska residency was required to get corned beef on white bread.
