   Amazing so anti-democracy those people still complaining are. Didn´t see people go into such a knot when Bush pulled Florida back in the days.

   You have to admit, this election was full of fun stuff. The Republican primaries were the biggest freak show on the planet, and Karl Rove’s Fox News flip-out on election night is the gift that never stops giving. All in all the election turned out way better than I had hoped.

   - Heh, almost exactly the same thing was said in the 1990s with President Clinton’s debt reducing tax hikes.
   Anyway tax Reality Check:
   - US taxes are at their lowest since the 1950s; if anything, we’re undertaxed.
   - It’s going back to the Clinton rates, and keeping the middle class tax cuts.
   - We had +74% upper marginal tax rates 1933-1981.
