   Unfortunately, it was the Apple app, and while trying to go down a chimney at 1303 Bayway in Cincinnati, he was directed into the pool of lava at the bottom of the caldera of an active volcano in Hawaii and was never seen again. The Tooth Fairy will have to fill in while a new Santa is trained.
