Funny. He has the phrasing down early.

I know how Toby feels. The Council merged my school with another prematurel and so I was literally studying on a building site – with drafty portacabins posing as classrooms.

No doubt future generations of pupils benefited from the extension and improvements. I’m still bitter.

At least you had lashings of ginger beer to see you through. Half way through elementary school, my school building was deemed unsafe in the event of earthquakes, and taken down with a wrecking ball. I wonder if someone absconded with the tower bell.

LoL Toby, Toby, Toby … you have NO idea how easy you have it now!
When I was a kid … we had Atari 2600 … we didn’t have no internet, just news groups. We actually had to DO homework on more than one night a week, and in more than one subject a week. Oh, and you could fail an entire year/grade.

“When I was your age, we had to walk five miles through the snow to school—uphill, both ways!”

Not me, personally, although so I’ve heard.
