No matter how prepared you are for birthdays, they always creep up and bite you on the ass.

My pleasure to be of service. Don’t forget to call her on Monday. Or Tuesday. Whenever you get around to it.

My phone reminds me the day before peoples b-days.

If it wasn’t for my laptop (nowadays synced to my cellphone) I wouldn’t remember even my own birthday.

Thanks to it, for years I was the sweet person who would send a message on their birthdays even to friends I had not seen in years.

But now with people volunteering such information to the SnoutBook and all their so-called “friends” being alerted automatically, it simply stopped making sense.

Shouldn’t it have gone off on the midnight that began the day of her birthday instead of the one that ended it? But maybe she was a banker. I was really steamed one time when I was told by my new bank that my funds would be available for use on a certain day and when they weren’t and I went in and complained, found that they were ready to use starting on the midnight that ENDED that particular day!

I sometimes forget my distant relatives’ birthdays but not usually the close relatives.
Most of the time I have a memory like a sieve

These days, I prefer that my birthdays be forgotten.

Darn! I almost forgot! Dad’s birthday is next week! The only thing I have gotten right this year was father’s day.
