Art holds a mirror up to Nature. The Buckets come along, turn the mirror on Art and say, “Look how goofy you’re acting. Now get to work, Art. Your kids need an Xbox 360.”
The Buckets comic strip isn’t a parody of family life. Parodies are filled with hearts and rainbows or enraged tirades and dramatic confrontation. The Buckets, though? Nope. Real life, baby. It’s funny because it’s on a page and not in your house at the moment. Next week, when it’s happening to you, you’ll thank us for reminding you that it’s supposed to be funny.
Greg Cravens looks in the mirror and see not himself, but all of us. And then he draws up the silly, grand, goofy, thrilling, utterly human things we do and calls it The Buckets.

Oh my…. too late…..
I apologise, people of The Buckets’ forum….
x_Tech sent me word in far-away Crustwood, when he saw yesterday’s mention of (shhh) Honey-Boo-Boo…..
He said you might need the soothing benefits of Marg and Susan’s ™ Ultra Super-Strength Brain Bleach….
available through me or Margueritem by the quart, gallon, or on tap…
and in handy chews and tablets.
I didn’t get home in time….
but just in case you still have unpleasant memories….
just try one of these….

Do they come in Green Apple, Watermelon and Peach flavours?
IF so, I’ll take 10 packs of each, so at the end of April, I can wipe the nasty math class from my mind. LOL

OH … ALSO …
=/\= BEGIN TRANSMISSION:
Captain Allan to Grandpa Bucket. The USS Bucket is ready to beam you up. Your yeoman (really a cute blond woman) has your steak and taters ready with your favourite pint. Prepare to beam up, Sir.
END TRANSMISSION =/\=

First, fully-autonomous road cars, then flying ones. Bad enough having cars come through the walls due to inattention, don’t need them down the chimney.

Jet packs and flying cars are old news. Transporters are more possible now than before but if it is ever going to be a reality it will take a long while. Warp speed will come sooner.
