Well, the fish are red(ish), and cats can’t read (That we know of.).

ORANGE BAKED SNAPPER
1/3 cup butter or margarine (Use butter.)
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp basil
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 red snapper, 1 1/2 lb each
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
Slice half of the orange and peel and chop the remaining half. Combine butter, onion, parsley, basil and pepper in a small dish.
Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in bread crumbs and chopped orange. Season inside of fish. Stuff cavities with crumb mixture. Arrange in an oblong dish. Pour orange juice over fish and top with orange slices.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cover with waxed paper and cook at HIGH 13 to 17 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes.
