    A day or so past expiration isn’t necessarily bad…(though with mayo … that might be an exception)
    Seven years past the expiration date(assuming this isn’t an old strip…)that’s time to call in Hazmat.

    Mayonaise does not go bad doesn’t need refrigeration. too much vinegar in it. It will separate ie oil and vinegar when very old.
