‘BTG’ is one of the most popular humor authors of all time. With numerous New York Times Best Sellers to his credit, countless publishing awards, and over 22,000,000 copies sold in 115 countries, you would think his brain would be highly organized ... But it’s not.
The Lost Bear feature, exclusive to GoComics, is ample proof of this. Welcome to BTG’s lifelong cerebral misadventure. The Lost Bear showcases the delightfully odd daily debris that tumbles out of BTG’s head when his mental engine starts to misfire. This is public therapy at its most entertaining, set within an absurdist pseudo-intellectual petting zoo – Feel free to feed the bear.

I dreamt of goldfish last night. Lost and lots of them. In tanks. Of lard.

… when you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are – but to wish upon a firefly??!?!?

Everyone else can just ignore this, as the case may be, okay?
Cleo, I’ve had stress dreams (too many are sheer nightmares) for 40 years and as unsettling as they can be, I’ve come to accept them for what they are: a part of me I can never forget because they make me who I am. Regardless of what those dreams consist of, I still remain who I am and I am satisfied with who I am because ultimately only I was responsible for my choices. Therapy, drugs (prescribed or abused) and the well wishes of others were never any more help than just accepting/forgiving myself.
Whatever the situation, whatever you choose to do (no matter what you may think anyone else may think of your choice) is your will, your right.
I wish all the best for you whilst you work through your stressful time.

Thank you. Sorry about your dreams.
I am blessed to have vivid colorful dreams full of multitudes of people. My dreams are as real as being awake and often are epic in plot and duration. My dreams are fantastic entertainment and I wish I could tape them for future viewing. But when I have nightmares (rare) or stress dreams (occasionally) they are also vivid. One dream last night was so intense that I awoke chilled. I love sleeping because I dream every night and usually remember them in detail. I also have regular visits with my parents and pets who have deceased.
