‘BTG’ is one of the most popular humor authors of all time. With numerous New York Times Best Sellers to his credit, countless publishing awards, and over 22,000,000 copies sold in 115 countries, you would think his brain would be highly organized ... But it’s not.
The Lost Bear feature, exclusive to GoComics, is ample proof of this. Welcome to BTG’s lifelong cerebral misadventure. The Lost Bear showcases the delightfully odd daily debris that tumbles out of BTG’s head when his mental engine starts to misfire. This is public therapy at its most entertaining, set within an absurdist pseudo-intellectual petting zoo – Feel free to feed the bear.

This doesn’t have anything to do with making bacon, does it?

I’ve just tried it, and it works!
My prediction said “You are going to eat a delicious sandwich.” And it came true WITHIN MINUTES!
Wow! Talk about spooky!

When I was little I loved the fatty, limp bacon my Grandma made me, Now I don’t like any bacon at all. Well, maybe in a BLT once or twice a year.

Another excellent day of witty rejpinders, Lost Bears.
Pacopuddy, you especially made me laugh.
Flash, Hillbilly, Eldo, you made me groan as if my appendix had burst.
Young Hallford, you should have left it at Delphic Ham, which was marvelous!
Superpun, your tongue should be dipped in scalding hot fat for your horrendous opening pun. However I did tip my hat to you and yours on FB – did you see this post?

@BTG
Well, I just had a look. I guess Bufo marinus has been a Queenslander long enough to be considered a local in the same sense that cockroaches are so prevalent south of the border that their epithetical reference is almost a term of endearment for New South Welchmen, particularly around State of Origin time.
Althought there is a superficial resemblance to our Bufo cousins, I much prefer members of the genus Litoria and other frogs.
But it’s nice to be remembered under any circumstances.
