‘BTG’ is one of the most popular humor authors of all time. With numerous New York Times Best Sellers to his credit, countless publishing awards, and over 22,000,000 copies sold in 115 countries, you would think his brain would be highly organized ... But it’s not.
The Lost Bear feature, exclusive to GoComics, is ample proof of this. Welcome to BTG’s lifelong cerebral misadventure. The Lost Bear showcases the delightfully odd daily debris that tumbles out of BTG’s head when his mental engine starts to misfire. This is public therapy at its most entertaining, set within an absurdist pseudo-intellectual petting zoo – Feel free to feed the bear.

Fork You first.

I’m pretty sure that Forkupines are a distant relative of the Cutleryfish.

I think he’d look better with bits of pineapple and cheese stuck on him; but not as fierce.

When serving Forkupine, These seem a natural for hors-d’oeuvres:

It has been suggested that Forkupines are close to the cutting edge of evolution because of their exclusive diet of Swiss Army Ants.

You have brought shame upon us all, Superpun. May your anus be plugged with stainless steel tines.

I loathe your puns, but I love your strangeness.
And my snooty literary side hates that you make it laugh.
Damn you and your sun-damaged Queensland brain!

By the way, Lost Bears, I was just chatting online with the celebrated illustrator and children’s author, and also creator of The LeftyBosco Picture Show, Keith DuQuette. He is a genuine delight, and if yodaily dose of delightful strangeness needs to be increased, I recommend you add his work to your most-see GC list. Here’s a link for today’s curious and vivid tribute to the man who discovered Greenland.

Queensland’s OK by me. Are you back now, BTG?
