Looks like Clive Owen’s character from Shoot Em Up got to him.

Okay, I just noticed the little “Vampire Rabbit” fangs. For a minute there, I thought E. Fudd went postal on him.

Glad you like it, Fianna Toolan. I always suspected you had a darker side.

Also, for what it is worth, I believe The Lost Bear online Zazzle store starts today, or tomorrow, so if you especially enjoy any particular The Lost Bear features you can have that art reproduced as a print, or a t-shirt, or coffee mug … etc. It’s shameless capitalism, but hopefully at its most stimulating and amusing.
I’ll post more details when I know more about it. To be honest, I’m a little confused by all the tech stuff, as has been the case this week when The Lost Bear features ran in the reverse order I intended … (sigh).
So I guess tomorrow, prepare for some comic flashbacks from my old cartoon series, Great Beginnings, featuring world famous, primarily historical, characters, as small children, at a point in their childhood where their destiny was presaged …

Yes, I’m afraid that, just as there are vampires amongst you humans, so do we have bunpires amongst us lagomorphs. The biggest difference between vampires and bunpires, and our greatest problem, is that bunpires can breed! If we don’t stake them with carrots (parsnips will do in a pinch) as fast as we can, we’ll be up to our bunny butts in hemoglobin hankering hares (Yes, I know they’re different, but why ruin a perfectly good bit of alliteration?) and leucocye lusting lapins in no time.

It’s a terrible thing to see bunny love (We do it so much, you see.) turn into bunny blood-lust.

    Oh, the lapinity!

Very nice, G-Rabbit, you are in fine form this morning.
By the way, this image was inspired by an amusing and absurdly heated conversation I had about vegetarianism (I am generally against it), and in no way reflects my views towards yourself, or bunnies in general.
Indeed you can find a picture of me with my beloved pet rabbit, Biffkin J Bunnykins, on this old University website:

Hmm. I just looked at that website. I couldn’t help noticing that your smile was much broader and loving with that tiger cub than your rather emotionless countenance with your so-called ‘beloved’ bunny. It makes me wonder if some horrific carnivory didn’t occur sometime later. Can you substantiate that that lovely example of the Leporidae is still drawing the breath of life?

    Beware of carrot spears!
I like to think that your bunny is lying on a red wine sauce having just been roasted with carrots. I’ll have a glass or two of a nice Pinot Noir to go with it.
