    Take one 2 lb tomato, slice it; two slices of bread with mayonnaise on them, place two slices of tomato on one side, place the other slice of bread on top; enjoy.

    Saute red or yellow onions in butter.. add thinly sliced “Roma”
    tomatoes…add thinly sliced Lox with some fresh ground pepper..put on some toasted sourdough bread..Breakfast is served!

    There’s a song about home grown tomatoes!
    So cute and so correct! and I also very much like
    Green Oven (almost) Fried Tomatoes! mmmm yummy!
    And then there’s okra! raw and fuzzy or breaded and fried!
    Pickled, even!
    But Not Ever, Ever Boiled!!!!!
