Sitting in your own dirty bath water, you’re not going to be as clean as after a shower. I haven’t had a bath in over two years, and that was after and before a shower.

And how old is Wilberforce? I have a friend who has a 12-year-old son. The kid has been taking showers since he was 7. I started taking showers when I was about 9.

The other thing is, when you dry yourself off, you are rubbing a bunch of dead skin cells off of your body, plus the germs and stuff that you didn’t scub off. Espcially if you’re a kid who isn’t real thorough about the washing process!!!

I do laundry twice a week and change out all the towels when I do

I’m not against using the same towel a time or two as long as it’s hung up to dry between uses

Nothing said he too a bath. Could have been a shower. Towels are called bath towels regardless. Never heard one called a show towel.

What do “too a bath” mean?

    And what’s a show towel?

I, too, use a towel 2-3 times before washing it. What I don’t understand is how a shower even gets dirty.
(Was my grammar and spelling okay?)

Good heavens, you guys are germ-freaks! I blot the water off with a towel that I hang to dry and wash when I do laundry, about every 2-3 weeks. Or more. And I never get sick. Allow your body to get used to everyday germs and it will stay healthier. Sanitize it too much and the slightest germ invasion will be too much for it.

“But they can’t be dirty if I’ve only used them to dry off after I’m completely clean from my bath.”

His keyboard forgot the “k” in “took a bath”… I’m sure anyone with 1/200th of a brain cell would of figured that out.

Possible, but perhaps if you have a whole brain cell, you proof-read before clicking submit

Unless your morning cup of coffee hasn’t kicked in yet and you don’t see it. Of course, that’s never happened to me %^D.

I take a shower, use the towel, hang on the shower curtin rod to dry…repeat. As long as you’re clean as you should be, there’s nothing wrong with using them a few times. Then, like today, laundry day, they go in with the white clothes to be washed and hung on the line….makes ’em smell so good.
