A co-worker of mine eats a full gallon of ice cream per day, he never exercises and eats what he wants when he wants. The lady that sits next to him eats like a bird and she can’t lose weight.

I laughed so hard when he started complaining about having cholesteral over 350 or so despite the fact that his weight is fine, while she has cholesteral at 105 (these are totals) so who is really more healthy? but then again who gets to enjoy life more?
