Thatababy's philosophy can be summed up quite neatly: To keep his parents on their toes. This new comic strip stars - well, a baby, of course, and the mother and father in charge of raising him. Thatababy's premise is as fun and instantly accessible as its crisp, colorful art: It's a baby's job to drive parent's crazy. You may recognize Thatababy as a finalist and runner-up in the Amazon Comic Strip Superstar contest that ran on Amazon.com in the fall of 2009. Thatababy received glowing reviews from the contest's celebrity panel of judges.

I hope that ain’t Dad in the final panel.

So what if it is? He’s got enough money to indulge his Star Wars/Comic/Sci-fi habit. A wife who indulges him in his Star Wars/Comic/Sci-fi habits. A precocious kid. It all sounds pretty good to me.
They just need to make friends with Doug and Sophie.

I work graveyard. This is spot on.

You are not alone, Thatababy.

Well, Dad doesn’t have curly hair. And if he worked the night shift, Thatababy wouldn’t be waking him up with his crying so often…

Sounds like song lyrics….?

There are people who work at night. They are awake too.

Ditto that. I used to work the late shift and once you’re done with your “chores”, it gets REALLY boring. Granted, that’s when I started reading more magazines and comic books… found out that I really liked comic books. ;-)

What I’d like to know is…what’s on the counter in front of the man?
calvinsfriend110 said, 10 months ago
Maybe that’s Thatababy grown up.

You mean his folded arms, Tatenda?

@burleigh2
I remember my third shift days too, and burleigh is exactly right. OTOH, it was a fairly small town, and I got to know the local police REAL well. They took good care of whoever was working late at our store. (The free coffee probably didn’t hurt, either.)

Those are some pretty funky looking folded arms…must be related to Popeye!

I don’t think that’s his arms either…Maybe he’s sitting on a chair and his legs are crossed over or something?

@That's Dr. K.FG!!
Naw, I’m pretty sure those are his arms.
