A thousand pardons M’seuer Lautrec, The Monet residence is two doors down. It is his doorstep you wish to whiz on, is it not?

If you shake it more than twice it will become a pointillist.

Enlarged image can be found here, or at Mr. Melcher’s blog entry.

Monsieur Louis Pascal from the Rear is shown, with a different coloration enlarged image, by its current-location page (Google translated). Nearly this coloration accompanies a second current-location page (Google translated).

Another coloration, click-to-enlarge image, can be found here, along with a short description of who he was. A longer description accompanies a different painting of him by this artist.

Yet another coloration, click-to-enlarge image of this painting can be found here. The artist’s Wikipedia page and collection (many more under Subcategories at each level).

So far, 4 works, by this artist, have appeared in Mr. Melcher’s blog.

Sign I put up when I was informed that the “Do Not Use” sign on a urinal needed to be bi-lingual. (No…..not in Canada).

As I scrolled down and saw just the head, I immediately recognised the work of Lautrec. I think this may be the circus ringmaster. But no, Mabrndt corrects me and it IS Pascal as stated.
