Ten abandoned cats live in an old warehouse where they are looked after by a young girl named Annie. They include Chesney, the ringleader, Jack, his sidekick, and Oliver - a wide-eyed kitten. The warehouse contains a boardroom on the very top floor, where, unbeknownst to Annie the moggies conduct the world's business through the eyes of a cat.

Tails are a bit overdressed for the market I’d say.

Well Annie, I guess Chesney, Lily (that is Lily, isn’t it?) and Bluebell make sense. They are dressed and ready to go. But then Woof deserves a special treat, so maybe the other 3 can go another time.

Graham, love all the cats names. Mr. Hollingsworth sounds like an intriguing name. Can’t wait to “meet” him!

Debbie, even if I didn’t have cats, I would still enjoy this strip. How could you not? :-D

I think the Ten Cats personalities should unfold gradually to keep it interesting and fresh. But Mr. Harrop is the creator so he’s the best one to know how it should develop. They are an interesting bunch and seem to be developing a life of their own!
