Ten abandoned cats live in an old warehouse where they are looked after by a young girl named Annie. They include Chesney, the ringleader, Jack, his sidekick, and Oliver - a wide-eyed kitten. The warehouse contains a boardroom on the very top floor, where, unbeknownst to Annie the moggies conduct the world's business through the eyes of a cat.

Hmm. This reminds me of our old Siamese, Tup-Tim.
She trained the dogs by lying on the arm of my Dad’s easy chair. When a dog went by, she would bap them on the top of the head. It had the same effect as getting zapped with electricity.

We had a lovely little tabby who would hide out on top of a cupboard and bap my husband on the head when he walked by – the most startling and funniest thing ever!
