    bar a beagle,
    refuse a retriever,
    deny a dalmatian?

    It’s so hard to lose a furry companion, especially such a young one. At least he had you to take care of him in his short, sweet life. Peace be with you and yours at this sorrowful time.

    I miss all my dead cats. Terribly.
    I’ll forever remember how Little Fluff, when I came with the milk bottle, how he didn’t want to wait until I poured it into the dish, but rather went straight for the bottle spout.
    I just hope I didn’t make him suffer unnecessarily.
