    The 14th Amendment: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”


    From its passage until sometime in the 20th century, this clearly excluded East Asians, since, even inside the US, they remained subject to the jurisdiction of their own countries. Eventually, the dimlibs on the Supreme Court extended citizenship to East Asians, who are now getting unusually high scores on college entrance examinations and causing problems for decent WASPs.


    Basically, we need to say that non-citizens who have babies are still under the jurisdiction of the nation from whence they came, so their children do not qualify, thereby eliminating the anchor babies.


    Next, citizens who are members of unwanted ethnic groups can be declared under the jurisdiction of any other country.


    And clearly no Roman Catholic is a citizen, since they are all under the jurisdiction of the Vatican.


    If the government would just follow the Constitution, we could get rid of at least 40% of the US population that are undesirables.

    And yet the point of this carton is not wrong. A border fence with Mexico won’t stop any of Timothy McVeighs, Ted Kaczynskis, John Walker Lindhs, or Nidal Malik Hasans. They were all born here. It’s also quite likely the Boston bombing suspects didn’t become anti-American radicals until after they became citizens.

    Nice try, but jurisdictions aren’t mutually exclusive. You can be subject to more than one jurisdiction at once.

    And I hesitate to ask because I’m probably just feeding trollery, but “unwanted” and “undesirable” according to whose preferences? If it were up to me I’d get rid of a lot of Wall Street bankers (clearly they’re not subject to the jurisdiction of any legal authority given that they can commit fraud with impunity) but I suspect that my opinion isn’t one that counts here.

    It’s disappointing that Rall did not try to work the drones theme into this somehow. And if it’s commendable and noble to crack open a baby’s skull and suction its brains out, asking it a few questions instead seems harmless enough.

    So Ted goes back almost 4 years to find a Muslim terrorist that attacked us(and was born here) to criticize any talk of being more discriminating about who we let in after the Boston Terror Attack.
    Of course no mention of THE WORST terror attack, 9/11, but that doesn’t fit Ted’s open border agenda.

    I actually don’t have an open border agenda. That would be the Republicans, who like the cheap labor from illegals for their big business buddies. I’m merely pointing out that we can be scared of anybody, all the time. Land of the brave? Where?
