   Please search the web for a comparison about vacation days taken by Presidents. Please also find the video where GWB says “Now watch this drive”. Furthermore please keep in mind that sometimes bosses give unrealistic assignments. If that is done on purpose it’s called “mobbing” and is designed to get rid of a person you don’t like for some reason even though you can’t fire him because – realistically – he did a good job with the resources at hand.

   I am noting, like many, many in the opinion press, Mr. Rall conveniently forgets the consistent, treasonous and total opposition tactics the Republican House have used thru out Mr. Obama’s tenure. Mr. Obama has done wonderfully when you consider Repbuliclans have had their collective foot on the brakes for the last three years. They have constantly opposed positions they previously upheld, just to screw Obama, which in turn screws us. Any plan or attempt at recovery has only met with complete opposition and frustration. Rall, Clinton went through the same thing and we still ended up in good shape.

   We have to learn political promises are what the official will hopefully try for, not guarantee delivery. It’s called checks and balances. You might want to do a little research sometime.

   The Republicans did filibuster a lot of legislation, but I don’t think Obama apologists should forget about the blockage of legislation by Harry Reid.

   Rall has said that he hates both Obama and Romney. Fine, that’s his right. And there are reasons to be critical of both. I’d go further and say that it’s very important to criticize Obama. There are times when Rall’s criticism is very much to the point. And times when, in my opinion, it’s way off the mark. He’s not drawing to get a fan club, he’s trying to make people think. So in general I support Rall even when I think he’s gone nuts. I think he’s nuts if he thinks there’s no difference between Obama and Romney.

    Obama played more golf in 3-1/2 yrs than Bush did in 8.

    I haven’t checked the figures but I KNOW Obama spent waaaaay more taxpayer money on his numerous vacations than Bush did. Michelle loves those exotic vacations!

    You guys would have absolutely NO argument if you didn’t have Bush. You can’t talk about Obama’s record because it’s all negative, so you resort to bashing Bush.

    False choice. Don’t fall for the two-party trap. Once you understand that real politics is in the street—like in Greece in Spain—you understand that what they call “politics” on TV is just theater.
