Romeny says he will create 12 million jobs when he is president and then says the government doesn’t create jobs.
How can you believe anything a liar like that will say?
Sr NONliberal said, 7 months ago
Easy. They aren’t lies. Economics will prove that removing the burden government is imposing will free our economy to expand. Make you a deal, if Mitt’s plans don’t work in two years I’ll vote for your guy in 2016. You can already see Pelosi/Obama plan don’t work.

They seem to be doing pretty good, IN SPITE of McConnell, and the Boner doing whatever they can do to sabotage the recovery!

There is a SERIOUS amount of debt (and other consequences) the predecessor left behind. How are you Americans going to wipe that out?
Love you guys, but GWB left a big hole (he really is pretty well single-handedly responsible), and one term of anybody is not enough to fix it.

Strange how those “economics” don’t seem to work in any other country.

Doing pretty good? First off it is pretty well. Secondly, what country are you living in, certainly not the USA as I am.

@Ottodesu
Bush left a big hole very true, but you have noticed haven’t you that Obama has spent more in 4 years than Bush did in eight right?

Look at the fastest growing economies in the world, what do they have in common? Low taxes.

Just like in ‘08, the ’questions’ were seeded with ‘if elected, what entitlements are you going to give me because I don’t have the ability to support myself’ by liberals.
If they want a guaranteed job, they should move to a socialist country where they can give a majority of their income to the government because the individual just can’t make good decisions on how to spend their disposable income. Or they could become an editorial cartoonist and live in their mom’s basement.

Nobody can create jobs in a society that his fixated on the lowest price. China will always outperform the U.S. when it comes to cheap crap and unnecessary nick-knacks. Although I hurt my own country (Germany) with this I have to say that the U.S. has to (slowly, five to ten years) close the borders for foreign goods.
-
During that period there need to be a huge operation to get raw materials. Then new, efficient factories that produce HIGH QUALITY, DURABLE items need to be build. Basically the U.S. must return to self-sustainability and craftsmanship. Shoes are to last for years, not days. A car should be a cherished investment, not some soulless “white good”.
-
This whole “Globalization” thing was a terrible mistake. Get rid of NAFTA and bring your factories back to the “Homeland”. This will not just be good for the economy but also for the “soul” of the country. You need to be able to be proud of yourselves again.

So much nonsense, so little time.
Don’t worry about voting for the other guy in 2016. Bam-Bam will win.
Archimedes: Are you anal or are you a Language Arts teacher? Bam-Bam was just continuing the all war all the time and suck up to Wall St philosophy of the other branch of the Money Party. That should have pleased you. The US has the second lowest effective corporate tax rate in the 1st World. Little Lord Fauntleroy and other investors pay a lower tax rate than I do.
Ima: Ima what? Name one country where individuals pay the majority of their income in taxes. You know, one of those pesky facts,

How to cut the deficit: Repeal environmental regulations. Economists point out that it won’t do anything but increase deaths and cost jobs, but the coal companies bought that, so you gotta do it. Cut taxes 20% for everyone, which increases the debt by $5 trillion over ten years. Cut PBS, that’ll be about half a billion a year. Increase defense spending $2 trillion, but it doesn’t matter on what, it’s the number that matters. Solution complete! I don’t know why ANYONE who cares about deficits would vote for Romney.

The election will determine whose Friends get the new contracts for the next four years. Contracts with no specific deliverables, other than the wheelbarrows to haul their money away. Obviously, I have to vote for the one whose Friends have friends who include some of my friends.
