   Iran said their missiles can reach US Targets.

   Obama has said he would not rule out Military Option (War with Iran) to keep them from making Nukes and to keep them in line, I saw and heard him make this statement on NBC News

   It is pretty easy to reach “targets” if the U.S. defines every McDonalds or KFC as their hallowed ground… That’s what happens to empires, all of them. The USSR died this way and so will the U.S. – just look at debt and deficit…

    I like to juxtapose the situation to see how we would feel if we were in their shoes. But I seriously doubt Iran is trying to protest our WWII actions. If anything, they are using those to justify what they do now.

    If you want to truly understand what went on in 1945, read American Prometheus by Kai Bird and Martin Sherwin. We built the bomb against the Soviets, not Germany, and we used it on Japan partly to keep Russia out of the eastern theater, and partly to demonstrate it to them.

    Before Iran can launch a nuclear warhead, Israel will do an air strike against the launch site. They’ve done air strikes in the past against real and percieved foes. Besides, if Iran tried to launch anything it would probably fail.
