He does kind of have a point. BTW, what are the Republicans doing about jobs?

Yet another liberal cartoonist sees the light about the spoiled child in the White House.

Uh, no I don’t think that’s quite the point here. Ted has his own point of view and has never been shy about calling out anyone.

Obama has done better on private sector jobs than either of the Bushes. Where he’s hurt the economy is in public sector jobs, where he runs into the GOP fillibuster of anything that could help the economy (jobs bills, aid to states to keep them from firing teachers and cops, consumer protection, breaking up too-big-to-fail banks). It’s a sad thing, and is doing lasting damage to America, but hardly a reason to vote for Republicans instead.

You’ve got to be kidding. The private sector is slow to recover and this administration’s actions are the main cause of that. And the last thing we want is more aid to states that will increase public sector jobs to even more unsustainable levels. Just look at how poorly the spending part of the stimulus was handled 3 years ago. The last thing we need is more of that.

What’s really funny is that some people think the other side could do a better job. Reality is that government, the economy and currency went off the rails a long time ago, and no manipulation by either side is going to make a whit of difference.
So the choice is : vote for the side that wishes to continue societal supports to ease practical suffering ( however inflationary or " enabling", lol) or the side that wishes to employ slash and burn policies that will hurt people and the economic recovery even more, while doing absolutely nothing to address debt and deficit ( yes, Ryan, I’m talking about your plan).

@Jase99
uhhhh, that was me so here is my reply:
http://www.gop.gov/policy-news/11/10/27/summary-of-jobs-bills-stalled
and here is the opposing view:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-checker/post/the-gops-ludicrous-claim-about-their-jobs-bill/2011/10/19/gIQAgX4GzL_blog.html
And my opinion is that neither party has done a dog gone thing about creating jobs with the problem not necessarily being either ones fault per se but the political climate.

You won’t see Rall doing a cartoon in favor of Romney.
