And even more troublesome,I still think we should restore future generations democratic privilege to elect who we choose in the future:
Do repeal the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution.
Just don’t vote for Bush ever again…
cheers!

I knew that repeal 22 would show up here eventually….Obama want to be el Presidente for life and his minions are working the internet and “grassroots” to make it happen.

Here’s to eight year of not having to hear the words president and bleeep in the same sentence.

I actually couldn’t vote for Obama due to his views on abortion. I am no minion.
Regardless, why restrict a presidency to a two term period maximum if popular vote were to wish for a limitless presidency?
Referendums would still be an option for bad presidencies. Bush’s administration could have been cut short if people had better control of democracy. Irony aside.

One way to dumb-out, Rall.

Problem is, there were (are) dozens of things he could to as President to improve the life of Americans and restore the rule of law. They would eventually have to be taken up by Congress for the long run, but with a few signatures Obama could have sent us in the right direction overnight.
Continuing any Bush policy that he had the power to overturn or stay is the wrong move.

solid message here. so i give you a tentative
9/10
BUT you really, really need to start illustrating the power behind the power. Federal Reserve, global elite, multi-national banks.
if you don’t start illustrating this, Ted Rall, i will know you are simply scared. i know you are aware of the real situation.
addendum: i’ve seen you get ultra-lazy with your “i hurt my hand on my laptop mouse killing people in Afghanistan” thing last week. a blatant rehash that you obviously did right before you went on a weekend trip or something, but the real point is that you need to show some balls.
you’re not a spring chicken anymore, either you show the balls now, or it will be apparent that you never will.
i am watching.

Yawner here, Ted. Too much Goldman Sachs fodder flying around to rest on Bush.

How surprising, One-Note Rall keeps repeating how he wants things to change faster. Yawn!

Cab, just like they respected the rights of voters, the “will of the people” in the Supreme Court 2000 FLA decision? Not likely.
Abuse of power only began there, 8 following years of the “Unitary Executive” determined to be above the law in all respects, unregulated by other branches of government.
Ambitions of imperial power.

I still say that Obama is a Bush of a different color…
