Forget new voting booths and a new Supreme Court... let's make every vote really count! If politics were fair, only people who voted for Bush would be fully vested in his policies. (George Bush: Only Bush voters get a tax cut!) (Woman: Rock on, Dubya!) On the flip side, only Bush voters would bear the burden of failed wars and economics. (George Bush: That's $200,000 for your share of the deficit. And I'm drafting your son to Iraq) (Man: But I voted for Nader!) $10 Trillion Bush deficit divided by 50 million voters equals $200,000. Vested voting might make us think twice before picking a candidate. (Man 2: I'm voting for Bush again- let's get another $300!) (Woman: I divorce you! I divorce you! I divorce you!) Even better, it could stop some Americans from voting at all. (Man: I don't even know whats in my 401(k)... I sure as hell don't know enough about current events to vote!
