Edgar Rice Burroughs (1875–1950) was an American author. He is best known as an early influence in the science fiction genre, specifically through the creation of his best known series, Tarzan of the Apes and John Carter of Mars. He was a prolific author in general and made contributions to many other genres.

At least he can drink Omtag’s blood and urine, eat some meat, fashion some better clothing from the hide. Omtag can still serve, even in death.

Treachery of the desert? Tarzan is dazed and confused. It was his treachery and stupidity that killed that giraffe. Also deprived those hyenas of their rightful meal.
