   Just who is putting up the seed money? If they hit oil they will need a pipeline to the refinery. Better start the environmental assessment now.

   I was thinking, wasn’t it Oscar? But no, O.L. Driller was the one bankrolling the Earth II visit. But where do people like O.L.Driller get such huge funds?
   
   I’ll bet they get their money from selling illegal drugs, plutonium, and kidnap victims into slavery. And weapons of singular and mass destruction.

   The real gamble is what will eventually happen to our atmosphere after all these fossil fuels have been burned. It is a chemistry experiment done on a global level.

   Investors is one way to get money for projects. They pay in in order to get money back plus dividens.
