Just remember children, it’s not how you win or lose the game that counts….it’s how you beat the spread !
Bless the H’ Bros. for covering the Over and beating the spread last night.

You tell ’em, Tank, and make sure they hear you, because you speak for us all. Truth is a fantasy.

I quit watching NFL football after the Ravens Bronco game, so I didn’t see the superbowl. The refs threw the Ravens Bronco game too, and who calls running the ball three times with two minutes left when you have one of the greatest passers ever to play the game at quarterback. Yeah, the NFL has a problem.

The trouble with media types even interviewing crazies is that the crazies will believe that they’re being taken seriously!

the problem is having to fill 24/7 time on TV means they have to interview every crazy with an opinion and a loud voice

Other than panel 3, I haven’t seen it used before. This points to several articles about the controversy (if that’s what you’re asking about).

Oh! Football. No wonder I didn’t know anything about it. Thanks for the help, mabrndt.

Brown-rice is Tim Brown and Jerry Rice, the guys referenced in panel two. I’m pretty sure it’s part of the joke.

Hey, why wasn’t the Ravens #24 ejected for shoving the referee?
