Sports is Tank McNamara’s beat, his livelihood. A former professional football player who’s now a TV sportscaster, Tank McNamara reports on the breaking sports stories of the day: the hot players and angry coaches, the pending lawsuits and drawn-out strikes, the constant roar and ever-increasing hype that make organized sports one of the world’s most lucrative businesses.

Forget it. You’ll never top Jerry Jones.

My nomination for SJOY is:
Eldrick Tont “Tiger” Woods (aka Urkel to his college buddies – which he hated) The rest is self-explanatory.

Create your own end zone dance! Good one guys, scary thought that it might be awfully close to reality.

Ouch, that one stung a little…. but the Bills will never leave Buffalo. We might not have the greatest record but we bleeep sure have the greatest fans.

God, if they did that for the Bills, what would they do if they got the Lions?

The five NFL franchises most likely to move (not necessarily to L.A.) within the next five years:
Jacksonville Jaguars Buffalo Bills Minnesota Vikings New Orleans Saints Oakland Raiders

…who needs a team in L.A. to build a stadium there…make it the permenent home of The Super Bowl…In,fact, call it The Super Bowl…[remember, you heard it here, first]…

Al, the Saints aren’t likely to move, despite what you may think. They sell out regardless of how the team does, and they sell quite a bit of merch and concessions at the games because people also attend the games regardless of the team’s record. The only way that team will move within 5 years is if the city is flooded again.
And 3hour, the NFL likes New Orleans and Miami for the Super Bowl too much to make the Super Bowl just an LA event.

Out of the teams mentioned above, the only one that I can forsee moving out of their present situation is the Jacksonville Jaguars. They don’t receive as much fan support as the others mentioned. The Vikings may move but not out of Minnesota, a new stadium is more likely, especially in light of the dome collapsing this past winter. I hope they move back outside. Both the Bills and Saints have too rabid a local following for the NFL to allow a move, and I don’t think “Crazy Al” Davis is going to move his circus back to LA any time soon.
